Osoyoos Green Houses is looking for Farm Supervisor for their farms. This position is full-time with 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week.

As a Farm Supervisor, you will perform the following Job duties:

• Responsible for maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and supplies
• Assign duties to workers including planting, weeding, cultivating, harvesting, and packing of crops, etc.
• Prepare work schedules and establish procedures
•  Maintain daily operations and keep financial records.
• Supervise and oversee the production of crops
• Ensure safety procedures are followed by the workers
• Perform general farm supervisor duties.
• Maintain quality control and prepare reports regarding farm conditions.

Number of positions: 1

What we offer:

• $22.50 per hour
• 4% vacation pay of the gross salary
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time Position

Job Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• 1-2 years of related work experience is required.
•  English as a language skill is required.
