Northwood Plaza Hotel and Banquet Room, located in Prince George, BC is now hiring full-time, permanent Hotel Reservation Supervisors. The person should have some higher secondary education along with a relevant minimum of 1-2 years of work experience.

The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities for this job position:

•  Responsible for helping to run the Reservations department.
•  Coordinates the department and oversees individual training.
•  Must be versed with the description of rooms, facilities and on-going offers
•  Directs the department in selling rooms/apartments.
•  Manages inventory to maximize transient sales.
•  Assists guests on queries.
•  Monitors hotel inventory and arranges with the front desk for all special guest requests.
•  To ensure that all procedures comply with current standards.
•  Maintains a clean and organized work area.
