Currently, we are looking to fill a full-time Manager-Wholesale establishment.

Position Details are as following:

Job Type: Full time, permanent position with 40 hours per week.

Compensation: $30.00/ hour. Overtime at the rate of 1.5 times after 40 hours per week

Key duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
• Implement company strategies through merchandising, replenishment, product inventory, and loss prevention.
• Lead, mentor, manage and assign duties to employees.
• Make sure all employees adhere to the company’s policies and guidelines.
• Identify hiring and training needs.
• Monitor operating costs, budget, and resources, create reports, analyze and interpret wholesale data including revenue, expenses, and competition.
• Research emerging products and use the information to update the store’s merchandise.
• Maintain inventory by checking the merchandise to determine inventory levels; anticipating customer demand; negotiating prices with suppliers, placing, and expediting orders; verifying receipts.
• Oversee pricing and stock control by reviewing merchandise activities and determining additional needed sales promotion.
• Ensure customer needs are met and complaints are resolved.
• Ensure that the store is clean, safe, and presentable for customers.
• Monitor and ensure safety standards are met.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Completion of college program in a related field
• Experience: Two to three years of related experience.
• Language: English
