1456056 BC Ltd dba Mary Browns Restaurant is looking to hire 2 Meat Cutters to join our staff as quickly as possible!

As a meat cutter, you would have to perform the following duties:

• Cut and trim meat and poultry
• Wrap or package fresh or frozen meats.
• Ensure food storage is appropriate.
• Keep all records of sales and determine the cost, product line and freshness of product as per company.
• Manage Inventory
• Adhere to food safety standards
• May supervise other meat cutters.

Requirements for the position:

• No education required.
• On-the-job training will be provided. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in the field.

Job Terms:

• Wage – $34.80 per hour
• Hours – 40 hours per week; Full time, permanent position
• Location – #105 & 106, 50 Tenth Street, Nanaimo, BC V9R 6L1
