Job duties you will be responsible for:

• Ensure all ordering and tasks are completed to successfully run the restaurant properly.
• Assist with all administrative aspects and duties.
• Monitor and troubleshoot any restaurant, building maintenance and employee problems and find solutions.
• Process payroll for all restaurant staff.
• Train and educate all staff for operational excellence.
• Involved in hiring new staff.
• Create and adjust all staff schedules.
• Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues.
• Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to the menus.

Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as a manager or supervisor in the food service area
• English
