Tattoo Studio Manager

Third Eye Tattoo in Vancouver, British Columbia is looking for a full-time, permanent (40 hr) Tattoo Studio Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accomplish sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, and promotion programs of the Tattoo Artist at Third Eye Tattoo.
• Accomplish retail operational objectives by contributing to marketing’s strategic plans.
• Schedule, coach, supervise and guide artist towards maximum performance to increase sales on a clientele base.
• Ensure availability of merchandise and services by maintaining inventories and scheduling the tattoo artist accordingly
• Determine the market demand by planning and overseeing in-store promotional events or displays, analyzing sales and revenue reports and forecasting market trends.
• Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
• Expand customer base by identifying potential customers, developing existing clients, and sustaining rapport with current clientele.
• Maintain the Studio’s good reputation and high standard cleaning procedures by dealing with complaints from customers, inspecting store and resolving any issues among staff.
• Design tattoos in the neotraditional style and apply to customers

And:

• Strong interpersonal & relationship skills
• A college diploma or related vocational certificate
• 2+ years of experience in a similar business setup
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule.

Remuneration:

• $27.5 per hour for 40 hours per week
